We believe that character education is essential for developing the leaders of tomorrow. Our core values, ICARE (Integrity, Curiosity, Advocacy, Resiliency, Empathy), form the foundation of the school communities we support and guide daily school life. These values are essential for students not only in the classroom but also in their personal and professional lives.
Integrity encourages ethical behavior, creates positive values, and cultivates students who make the right decisions even when no one is watching.
Curiosity encourages openness to innovative ideas and perspectives and fuels collaboration, exploration, and deeper learning and understanding.
Advocacy focuses on active engagement within our communities, creates awareness of and appreciation for diverse cultures, and values the service of others in the pursuit of a more equitable world.
Resiliency strengthens us against adversity, encourages us to view failure as a learning opportunity, and helps us adapt to change.
Resiliency strengthens us against adversity, encourages us to view failure as a learning opportunity, and helps us adapt to change.
We prioritize the well-being of students by ensuring that every school we manage has dedicated school counselors. These counselors work with students individually and in groups to support their social-emotional growth and academic success.
In addition to having school counselors, we ensure that every student has an adult advocate to support them in goal setting. This adult advocate may be a teacher, staff member, or mentor who is dedicated to helping the student set and achieve their goals. This individualized support helps students develop a sense of accountability and motivation towards their personal and academic goals.
We believe that character education is the cornerstone of a well-rounded education. By supporting schools and educators in integrating our core values and social-emotional learning into daily school life, we empower students to become compassionate, resilient, and ethical leaders who are prepared to make a positive impact in the world.

The schools we manage offer a variety of extracurricular activities to help students develop leadership skills and pursue their passions. Students can participate in robotics teams, math teams, fine arts programs, and more. We also support athletic programs that encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
We are committed to creating safe and caring learning environments where students can develop not only academically but also personally. By emphasizing character education and social-emotional learning, we help schools cultivate well-rounded individuals who will make positive contributions to their communities.
