With nearly a decade of experience in education, Julianne brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of leadership and innovation to our team.

Julianne's journey in education began with a degree in Biochemistry from Georgia Tech, where she developed a strong foundation in scientific principles and analytical thinking. Following her passion for education, Julianne pursued teaching certification in General Science and High School Chemistry, going on to teach middle and high school science for five years.

‍

Her dedication to professional growth inspired her to obtain a Master's in Educational Leadership, with a concentration in Leading Independent and Charter Schools. This advanced degree deepened her understanding of educational dynamics and strategic leadership, allowing her to effectively navigate modern educational environments.

Throughout her career, Julianne has served in pivotal roles, including Science Department Chair, Grade Level Team Leader, Instructional Coordinator, and Academic Programs Director. As an Instructional Coordinator, she enhanced teaching practices and implemented evidence-based instructional techniques to improve student outcomes. As Academic Programs Director, she led the design and execution of comprehensive academic programs, aligning them with school goals to ensure a rigorous and enriching educational environment.

Skilled in leading teams to achieve outstanding results through strategic planning, change management, and operational excellence, Julianne’s ability to improve systems and build efficient processes has consistently led to enhanced educational outcomes. Her commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation drives her work, ensuring every student has access to the highest quality education.

Outside of work, Julianne enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her fiancé and two goldendoodles.
